The software representing logos or image files may be used only after agreement on the part of us for the advertisement by products, which were developed with our software.
We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of information, interruptions or personnel violations caused before, during or after the use of Markus Pfau.
Our entire adhesion is limited without exception to the paid price of the software, maximum however the current list price and this only in the case that all constituents of the product completely change into the possession from us.
Each registered copy of Markus Pfau may be used at only one place by only one user. Again referring to the fact that with use is meant that the program is either installed, loaded or executed on a computer.
If you have installed this program on a multi user system or a network, each individual user must register the software separately.
